With the new DOCM Mega menu, users can reach their desired destination quickly and easily. 

The contractual framework is structured in individual, framework and consortium or project contracts. Individual contracts are concluded for a specific contract object; they can be concluded for a limited or unlimited period. An outline agreement is a scheduling agreement that defines the terms of delivery between the supplier and the customer. Consortium or project contracts are concluded for the realization of larger projects, usually construction or infrastructure measures.

We chose SharePoint as the basic technology because many companies already use SharePoint as their corporate platform. This enables a seamless integration of DOCM contract management into the IT structure of your company.

In order to implement the aforementioned various requirements with regard to transparency, we have provided an overview of graphic evaluations with the aim of giving contract management an overview of the status of the entire contract on just one page.
